Wi-Fi Pallet Control allows and active device to be placed on a pallet. Once tagged, the pallet (or bin etc) can be tracked anywhere in the packing shed/warehouse to within one metre of its physical location in real time!

Pallets can be graphically displayed to users when searching for produce, allowing staff to rapidly find the location of goods, and improving the process of unprocessed produce

Stock-takes are done in seconds when using Wi-Fi Pallet & Stock Control.

Because stock is being constantly monitored by the system, a stock-take can be performed at any time, in a matter of seconds compared to hours.

Staff are alerted when stock is left out of a cool room or in an unacceptable area.

To maximise fruit and vegetable quality, pre-defined alerts are generated when produce is left in an inappropriate area. Alerts can also be generated when stock is physically being moved into an inappropriate area, these

Automatic Allocation of unprocessed produce to Lots/Batches
Never loose or accidentally mix up fresh produce again! When tagged bins of produce are placed into the production line. They are automatically detected and allocated to the appropriate batch.

Easy to install
The Wi-Fi Tracking system uses standard 802.11b and 802.11g wireless networks, and can be installed over huge geographical areas.
