Definition: Equipment includes any machines, vehicles, and plant used during the farming and packhouse processes.  For example, tractor, spray rig, plow, slasher, fruit sorter, fruit grader, hydrocooler, washing equipment etc.

Purpose: Define commonly used equipment and plant for the purpose of recording traceability records that relate to the use of the equipment in the business.
