Every order filled & dispatched on time

* Shipping teams are guided thru the dispatch process to ensure each order is filled correctly by assigning inventory to orders and maintaining a running balance of order progress.

*  Photos of pallets, containers, and truck registration can be easily attached to the invoice order order at any time including the point of dispatch.

*  Confirm pallets are loaded onto a truck by scanning them or selecting from a checklist from your mobile device.

*  Administration teams are alerted when orders are finished, and are presented with the correct documents for email or printing.

Bar-code and non bar-code pallet control

Pallets of fresh produce contain bar-codes used to scan them onto an order/invoice.  Some buisnesses prefer not to scan pallets, and simply enter pallet number or select pallets from a list.

Truck registration management

Ensure orders are loaded onto the correct trucks by specifying a truck registration on the order or invoice.  During dispatch, users are presented with the truck registration to guarantee your fresh produce goes to the correct customer.

Order locking process

Once orders are marked as 'finished' by dispatch teams, only office administration can open them for editing.  Prior to closing of the order (an order is usually closed only when the truck leaves the premises), users can add or remove pallets from the order very easily.
