Create a support ticket. Make sure you describe which screen you are using, what the problem is, and what you expect to happen.

Create a support ticket
Plan deliveries of livestock, harvesting, fabrication, purchase orders, and batch manufacturing. You need access to either Purchases or Batches to see this screen.
Tap the filter icon at top right to change what shows up on the planner, for example: PO's, batches, deliveries, harvesting, or fabrication.
Tap an event once to see more details, or double tap to edit. Drag and drop between dates/times. Note that harvests show one hour (default) after the actual delivery time (ask your consultant to change this period if required).
The alert popup will show when you change a delivery time, choose to send or not send and email alert to the supplier.
