You may have multiple sites, at each site you can have multiple warehouses (a warehouse is a location where inventory is stored)

If your business has only one location where operations are preformed and inventory is stored then one site is sufficient.  

Examples:

Site "Packhouse" will have Warehouses "Cooler 1" "Cooler 2" "Cooler 3" "Packing lines" "Dispatch".
