Try these steps in order if you are having technical problems accessing Producepak.

Restart device

This can often fix quirks in a browser or operating system.  This is a good place to start to resolve technical issues.

Force refresh

Force a refresh of Producepak in your browser: PC: Ctrl + F5, Mac: Cmd + Shift + R, iOS and Android: Settings > Privacy >  Clear cache.

Try another device

If the problem doesn't happen on another device, then the device with the problem IS the problem (could be browser, operating system, or hardware related).  In this case, use the alternative device, reinstall browser, reinstall OS, or reset device to factory settings.

Correct browser?

Producepak is compatible only with Chromium browsers, eg:  Chrome, Edge, Opera, Brave and others.  Try swapping to either Chrome, Edge, or Opera if you are having issues.

Don't VPN or proxy

VPN's often operate over IP addresses from which bad actor traffic originates.  Our security systems may intentionally block these IP addresses.

Are you in a new country?

If you normally use Producepak in another country, our systems may have blocked your access.  Please contact your consultant and tell them the new country so we can unblock you.

Not receiving emails

Check your spam folder and whitelist any emails from *.producepak.com.  Ask your I.T. manager to whitelist *.producepak.com, *.farmsoft.net, *.farmsoft.com or create a rule in your email client to "Never send to spam folder".

Need more help?

Create a support ticket.  Make sure you describe which screen you are using, what the problem is, and what you expect to happen.  

Use examples such as Inventory number, Invoice number, Customer name etc.
