Producepak Quality Inspection module can be used for all types of quality inspections, tests, and even quality management system processes such as daily hygiene checklists and more...
You can also configure a Quality program to record the results of tests performed outside your company (eg: chemical residue analysis or nutrient analysis; alternatively, you can attach these documents directly to the Batch) if you are using other Farmsoft modules.
Choose a quality inspection program to get started. Add new programs from the settings icon at top right.
Enter common info such as notes (you can add these on the Finish page as well), tap the next arrow to proceed, or back arrow any time to jump back in case you missed something.
Tap thumbs up or down, enter notes, paperclip and camera to attach files and take photo or video. In the Type Here... box enter measurements such as weight, select from the dropdown, or select a prior value. The Failed Response is where you can enter the action you took after criteria failure or select a Failure Response.
Update the notes, tap back to make changes, print, or email the results. Tapping "Finish here to finish inspection" will send any automatic messages - so don't forget to confirm you have finished the inspection!
Tap the Search icon at top right to lookup previous inspections, edit (if you have Quality edit permission on Employee screen), delete (if you have delete permission), print or email.
DASHBOARD
The Quality dash allows reporting and analysis of quality inspections. If you have special analysis requirements please send your consultant an example of how you want to see your data reported...
If you have Quality Admin permissions, the settings icon at top right will open the Quality Settings, where you can add new quality inspections, modify existing ones, or import quality inspection templates.
Inventory that is put on hold can't be sold. Put inventory on hold if there is a potential issue with it that must be investigated before it can be used further, or to keep a sample from a batch in case the customer challenges quality at a later date; you can then examine the sample to determine if the customers claims are valid. The "Inventory on hold" popup will show after entry of Criteria if you activate switch "Hold" if the test fails. To make the "Inventory on hold" popup always show for this test (eg: if you are keeping a sample from a batch) activate "Hold" AND enter "0" into field "Fails to hold batch". If inventory is on hold, you will see "ON HOLD" next to that inventory on reports and screens. Edit the inventory to turn OFF hold status.
