Chain-Trace & Delivery Confirmation

Allow customers or consumers to scan a barcode to view your chosen info, and or allow customers to provide feedback and photos, and or allow delivery driver to scan QR to get customer & driver signature on delivery.

Configuration
All of these features require a QR code on either your BOL, Invoice, Pallet label, Case label.  Customer, consumer, or driver scans QR code to activate the process.  Ask your consultant to add the QR code to your chosen document.  Users do not need to be signed into the app to use these features.

Hint!  Settings are found at Settings > Admin > filter by "Chain-Trace" settings.

CHAIN-TRACE
Share selected info with your customer, consumer, etc.  
Enable "Chain-Trace" Setting 1620 to use this feature. 

By default this feature shows the Part Name, Quantity, Weight. You can enable "Chain Trace" settings below to show more data:

Show all inventory photos:  shows photos your team took during the dispatch process from the Inventory selection screen. 

Show expiry dates:  enable to show unique expiry dates on inventory.

Show inputs quality tests:  The quality inspection tests performed on materials that were put into the batch will be shown if this is enabled.

Show recall key:  shows the Inventory Traceability Data used on inventory inputs.  

Show supplier name:  shows unique names of suppliers of inputs.





FEEDBACK

Allows customer to provide text feedback, and upload photos; this info is associated to the BOL/Invoice and can send alert to your team when entered by the customer. 

Requires Chain-Trace setting 2607 (see Delivery Confirmation configuration) AND 1629 to be enabled.   In Data of 1629 enter the email addresses separated with a comma of the recipients of the feedback emails.






DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Request customer signature  & photos (optional) and driver signature.

Enable "Chain-Trace" Setting 2607 and optionally enter into Data the name of the BOL or Invoice you want emailed to customer on completion of Delivery Confirmation. 

Delivery Terms:  Optionally set the Company Customer UDF.Name = "Delivery terms" for EACH customer, OR set it once on your main company record, to show Delivery Terms on the Delivery Confirmation screen to the customer. 

Delivery Conditions:  Optionally configure Invoice UDF.Name = "Delivery condition" with multiple options that the customer can select during the delivery confirmation.  Activate  "Default" on one option if you want a default option selected.
