How the integration works
Producepak runs receiving, packing, storage and shipping. When an order ships, the invoice is created automatically and posted to Xero (accounts receivable). When produce is received, the purchase is posted as a bill (accounts payable) based on what actually arrived, not what was ordered.

Xero tracks quantity and value for tracked inventory items but not lots, expiry or batch transformations. Producepak holds that detail and posts the financial result to Xero.
Do we keep using Xero for accounts?
Yes. Accounting, reconciliation and reporting stay in Xero.
