Cauliflower in Australia
Cauliflower is supplied year-round: Tasmania and Werribee South in Victoria supply twelve months of the year, and Gatton in Queensland supplies from about April to November. Heads are ready 90–120 days after planting depending on season and region, and are hand-harvested.
