Case study: rejected containers 3 → 1 a season
A citrus and table grape grower-packer lost three containers a season at about A$60,000 each. With QC checked at the dock before sealing, rejections fell to one, worth about A$120,000 a year. Australian case studies.
Loading photos as evidence
Photos taken while each container is loaded – pallet faces, temperature recorder, seal – are stored with the consignment, so a claim about condition or count on arrival can be answered with evidence the same day.

Questions
Does Producepak lodge export documents with the department?
Producepak keeps the consignment, treatment and inspection data and produces packing lists and invoices; certificates are issued through the department's systems.
Can it stop a failed pallet going into a container?
Yes. A QC hold blocks a pallet from being picked or loaded until released.
Does it work for air-freight exports like asparagus and cherries?
Yes – consignments can be air or sea, with the same traceability.
